This wonderful resource offers over 4000 pieced block patterns. It includes all blocks researched by Barbara Bachman in her Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns as well as hundreds more researched by the Electric Quilt Company itself. In total, BlockBase offers the user almost every pieced block published from 1836 to 1970 and includes the pieced blocks found in today's historic quilt collections.

BlockBase is a stand alone programme that can be linked to the EQ5 software. In other words, you can access it through its own desktop icon and, when linked to EQ5, you can access it through the Block Library.
