International customers can view prices in their own currencies by clicking on the drop down arrow in the currency box in the left column of the cart. Three Ducks also recommends you view the different topics in the Information box which is also located in the left side column.
Three Ducks is a Canadian shop and sells its fabrics by half metre increments and this is the price you see in red; therefore, when you place a ‘1’ in the quantity box you are ordering a half metre of fabric. Placing a ‘2’ in the quantity box is ordering a full metre and so on. For American customers, 1 metre equals approximately 39.5”; however, Three Ducks is happy to recalculate your order in yardage if you prefer and refund the difference through PayPal. Please, send a message along with your order indicating you would like the order in yardage.
The Three Ducks shopping cart is connected directly to Canada Post. To get an idea of the shipping costs, place your order in the cart and once you have everything in, click on the ‘Estimate Shipping’ button. This estimate is very accurate; however, for some items like 1 metre of fabric, small notions and some software and fabric sheets, I can send by Light Packet or Oversize Lettermail. If I can save you shipping costs, I will do so and send a refund back to you through PayPal.
I would also like to recommend that when you place an order that you add the Three Ducks mailing address to your address book. I personally acknowledge every order received and often I have shipping questions. Adding the Three Ducks email address will help the email get through your spam filters.
